We have copied the standard 0005 transaction type - outgoing email and created a Z TT and we have configured in copy control for the follow up settings.
In WEB UI when we try to create a follow up it throwing exception error BSP page error....

We have found out the reason for the exception error "When trying to create a follow up from Outgoing email make sure it has any reference objects selected.
