As our users are new to FIORI, we are noticing that there are a lot of draft entries created by the users which we don't need in the system. Is there a way to clear these draft entries which are older than 30 days?

Yes, We have activated it via STC01 but we are not using the standard roles as is that comes out of the fiori foundation activation. We build the roles from scratch and give only what is required to the business.
Hi Pranay, Thankyou for your detailed response. AIF for monitoring involves additional licenses. You are correct API framework is not that matured in these area( Monitoring, Reprocessing, Tracing etc ).
