Before the upgrade to Enable Now, we were able to record processes in ADP. We are updating our procedures and each time we click on any button to go to the next step, the software locks up. I have attached the screen shot.

That setting was correct. In the Feedback section, the Feedback handling was set back to No Feedback, I changed it back to Standard and the help came back.Something to put in a tips and tricks document.
Hi Shane,Thank you - I will raise a ticket. This is very strange as the application does not have any issues when running but more importantly, prior to the upgrade, we were able to record processes in the application with out issue.Jo
