Like tammy.powlas3 wrote there are many member universities worldwide who teach SAP courses.

As for the study programs / courses in general, there is probably not that one concrete answer. It always depends on your interests! Topics like supply chain management, business processes are as relevant as business informatics or UX/ UI, and there are many more examples:-)

You can also study SAP software skills independently from your university, like in the Student Zone of SAP´s Learning Site or the SAP Learning Hub, edition for SAP Next-Gen. An overview of options for students is here on the SAP Next-Gen page.

Previously, you would find SAP in advanced accounting courses as it related to db functionality/management. More and more you should be able to find ERP concepts in topics related to Supply Chain Management and other operations management curriculum.
