現在、be one solutionsでは、グローバル規模のソリューション導入のために日本チームを拡大しており、新しいメンバーを募集しています。
主な業務内容は、SAP Business Oneのコンサルティングサービスの提供となります。業務は、お客様のオフィスでのオンサイトでの作業と、当社オフィスもしくはご自宅での作業となります。コンサルティングのベストプラクティスを実施しながら、製品とそのアドオンを深く理解している方を求めており、またビジネスプロセスの仕組みに深い関心をお持ちの方が理想的です。大規模な導入プロジェクトにおいて責任を持ってサービスを提供していただくことになります。
主な職務内容：
- お客様のビジネスニーズを満たすために、製品に関する専門知識を提供し、最適な技術的・機能的設計を定義しながら、要件を特定、分析、評価する。
- チームの一員として、プロジェクトの関係者と密に連携し、協力しながら導入を成功へと導く。
- お客様のビジネス要件とソフトウェア間のギャップ分析を支援する。
- 成果物に対するモニタリング、管理、報告。
要件：
経験：
- SAP Business One のすべてのコアモジュールとコアアドオンに関する幅広い知識。
- SAP Business Oneのコンサルティング／サポート経験が5年以上あること。
- チームメンバーとして少なくとも5つのプロジェクトを完了させた経験があること。
- MS-SQL ServerまたはHANA、Crystal Reportsでの幅広い実務経験。

be one solutions is a global SAP Partner with HQ in Switzerland and 18 subsidiaries around the world, specializing in SAP Business One implementation and support for large accounts worldwide. We are rollout experts helping businesses of all sizes taking their SAP implementation to next level!
We are currently expanding our team in Japan to implement our solutions at the global level.
The core purpose of the role is to provide SAP Business One consultancy services which include both tasks performed onsite with the customer and offsite, based on your preference, either at our office or from the comfort of your home. Our ideal candidate would have a deep understanding of the product, its add-ons while using consulting best practices. Will also be responsible for delivering excellent large-scale implementations while having a deep interest in how business processes work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate customer’s requirements while providing product expertise, defining optimized technical and functional design throughout the implementation project, to meet the customer’s business needs.
- Work closely and collaboratively in a team environment with the project’s stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- Assist in gaps analysis between customer’s business requirements and software.
- Proactively monitor, manage, and report on execution of deliverables.
Job requirements:
Experience:
- Wide knowledge on SAP Business One of all core modules and core Add-Ons
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP Business One Consulting / Support
- Completion of at least 5 full projects as a team member
- Wide experience in MS-SQL Server or HANA and Crystal Reports
Personal skills:
- Service and customer orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team
- Self-motivated, fast learner and ability of multi-tasking
Language skills:
- Japanese: Fluent / native
- An additional language, preferably English, is an added advantage
Working condition:
- Travel will be required.
