What you’ll do on the team
As an SAP ABAP Developer you will be a member of our Development and Innovation team focused on Application Development, Automation, Integration, and Intelligent Technologies. In this role you will work on ABAP Development on ECC 6.0 (on-premise) and can be remote from anywhere in Brazil. You will be working with a US based client in the Automotive industry, so English fluency is required.
What you’ll bring to the team
Fluent in English
Overall, 5+ years of experience in ABAP programming
Extensive experience in RICEFW components; Data Dictionary Objects, Reports, Transactions, RFCs, BAPI, Module Pool programming, BADIs Enhancements Spots, iDocs, web services, BDC programming
Must have strong experience with smartforms and sapscripts.
Labels, bar codes and RF programming
Reporting/ALV, Interface development, user exits and workflows.
Ability to interact directly with business or functional consultants to drive and finalize the requirements
Good knowledge of SAP modules like SD, FICO, HR, APO, CRM and MM
Sound experience in Object Oriented ABAP( OOABAP) concepts like Encapsulation, Polymorphism, inheritance, and abstraction by using Classes, Attributes, Methods and Events
Must have strong experience in design, configuration and development of Outbound and Inbound Interfaces for posting/triggering IDOCS using ALE.
Experience in using various Performance Optimization/Query Tools like SQL Trace, Buffer Trace, SQL Monitor, Runtime Analysis, Code Inspector, SAP Query and Debugger.
Experience in implementing parallel processing, background execution of FMs for better performance
Experience in writing technical documentation (functional specification, technical specification, unit test cases and integration test cases)
