It's "by". Not "until".

It reminds me of a CIO who pronounced "mispronunciation" as "mispronounciation".

Humans are not perfect and make mistakes. I honestly don't like the implication of the title of this discussion. Who's to say that the email's author is not a native speaker?

don't know about anyone else but i understand what 'until' means, so maybe just a 'warning'?

I've received that mail too... I paid to it the same attention SAP people pay to me. Everybody is happier that way.
