With our 1705 release we delivered the following two enhancements in the marketing area :-

- Marketing administrator can configure the behavior of the unsubscribe link which are attached in each mass mail campaign .
- Prior to 1705 , the default behavior was to update the marketing permissions directly.
- A new scoping question needs to be enabled to use this feature.
- With 1705 , you can configure the behavior of unsubscribe link to update the communication category.
- With this configuration , if you have triggered an email campaign sending newsletter(comm. Category ) , the unsubscribe link will update the category and not mark the channel
Renaming - Marketing to Sales Campaign
- With 1705 , we have made a few changes in rebranding the term ‘marketing’ to ‘Sales Campaign’
- This change has been done for all elements across list view , details view , scoping and fine tuning activity .
- We will also update standard documentation and help center assets .
