Hi All,
We are performing a replication of Customers data in C4C to ECC .
While creating the customer data in C4C , there are 2 outgoing requests from the Web Service Monitoring tool.
We checked the message monitor in PI , There seems to be an entry here but we are wondering what it means.
Our PI consultant has specified that the payload is empty and thus the error. But while checking the payload these information below are given.
<n0:ConnectivityCheckQuery_sync xmlns:n0='http://sap.com/xi/SAPGlobal20/Global' xmlns:prx='urn:sap.com:proxy:KIK:/1SAI/TAS0619C9F4BA6F180CECDD:804' xmlns:soap-env='http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/'/>
I am going to check if I have missed anything during communication channel arrangement in PI Integration Builder.
Would like to know if anyone has an idea or faced an issue like this before
Regards,
Suratharajan .S
Hi Suratha,
it looks like issue with PI mapping. PI consultant has to map the fields in the configuration which make sure the message is compatible with the target system. for example, in source system Name has three fields, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name but in the target system only two fields exists First Name, Last Name means PI consultant and functional team has to decide how to map this in target system.
The error clearly tells, issue with mapping. Kindly ask PI team to cross verify.
Thanks,
Pradeep

Dear Pradeep,
We recieved the below response from the PI team after analysis of the error .
They say that there was no payload during connectivity check from C4C , which resulted in an enpty query .
Which is negative in C4C point of view. But when we try to save a customer data in C4C , we get the above error (See reply to Meghna's post).
And after the error message in C4C , we do not get any entries in PI system about the error like we are getting for the connectivity checks !!
Regards,
Suratharajan S
