Dear All,
Hi, I have an issue regarding addon..
Some of my users experienced that they cannot use some part of addon function
(some part means - user can open the addon and search items, but when they try to open the item master from the addon screen the master does not open).
Whenever it happens we delete the roaming user profile then the issue solved.
However, we do not know why and how it worked.
Does anybody know what this is?

I am glad to hear you have a tactical solution at hand, i.e. delete roaming user profile. Please contact SAP Support or your local IT Service partner to investigate root cause and permanent solution to your problem.
