As per PLU-8126 "Display All Steps in Role Assignments", I should have the ability to maintain the role by "scrolling down, clicking Next, or choosing the steps in the anchor bar". However I only have the ability to choose the next step in the anchor bar. The note says it should be working by default, but it is not.
