eRecruitment: Employees not visible in NWBC

Dear Colleagues,

We are implementing eRecruitment and our SAP System is on EHP8.

Issue: We are testing Recruitment functionality in NWBC, but for some reason, employees maintained within the Personnel Administration side are not visible from NWBC. The message is: 'Personnel number does not exist'; or where the employee is given a username with Recruitment roles, the message is: "you have no authorization to execute this transaction"

I will greatly appreciate every assistance I can get.

NOTE: Users have been assigned all eRecruitment Roles and some Personnel Administration Roles. Are there any other settings we need to maintain?

Hi Sandra,

Thank you so much for your response and the pointer to eRecruitment related issues. The issue has been resolved after we found faulty settings in the installation of our SAP HCM box.
