How to start my learning journey in SAP?

After knowing and reading about what SAP is and it's potential I always wondered how and from where should I start learning more about SAP. So far, I haven't found a single source or channel that explained it from scratch. Could someone help me to find a learning source that can help me start my journey in SAP?
