Job Information to position sync ?

Dear all,

I would need to set up the system as like , whenever HR changes Division, Department or Cost Center in Job information then same data needs to be reflected in position which is assigned to employee.

Ex :

Job Information ( Below data changed in the Job Information ) Employee Position is 87654132

April 10.2024 

Division

Department 

Cost Center

 

Position ( 87654132) 

April 10.2024 

Division

Department 

Cost Center

Can you please help me.
