Hi SAP Community,

we are getting the following error message when trying to uploading the Scorm-File within our iContent-Server: Upload Errors: Upload Failed

What could be the reason for this? Is there any relevant KBA for this problem?

Thanks for your support and BR,

Taner

Hi,

You did not attach the error message, please attach.

And how you can test whether it is correct content package or not is as below:

1) Ensure the IMSMANIFEST.xml is in Root Folder
For example after extracting the Zip file - for example Test01

Test 01 Folder should contain the files like below:

IMSMANIFEST.XML
......Other Course files

2. Always you need to Zip the files from Inside Folder (i,e. Select All the Files within Test 01 Folder and right click and make zip file

Are you using the built-in tools in SF to add content? I have had that fail when the .zip file was made so that it zips a folder containing the files, rather than only containing the files and folders from the course.

Example:

MyCourse.zip
>MyCourseFolder
>>All the files and folders for the course.

The above can give errors.
The below is how the .zip file should look:

MyCourse.zip
>All the files and folders for the course.
