Dear Experts,

Request you to share your experience around these points:

  1. We want that during Employee Acknowledgement step in PM review form, employee should be able to mark yes or no to whether he agrees to the rating provided to him or not ( this we achieved using custom fields). Now if the answer is “yes” the form should move to completion or if the answer is “no” a separate process/ form called grievance should get automatically initiated/triggered. – Is this possible?

  1. We have custom fields in dispute management form where we are asking the employee : which KPIs ratings you disagree? We want all the KPIs and Ratings from PM form to flow to this other dispute form and employee should be able to mark which KPI ratings he has issues with and would like to raise disputes. – Is this possible?

  1. We want the Overall PM form rating to flow from PM form to Dispute form in custom field whenever employee raises a dispute form – Is it Possible?
