Can we populate a form with attributes from Growth Portfolio of employee ?
[Luka]: you can not automatically populate a form with all the attributes from Growth Portfolio of employee, but you can automatically populate a competency or skill form section with competencies or skills tied to the job role of employee. Job role competencies or skills are part of the data in Growth Portfolio of employee.
And if you have additional competencies or skills beyond job role competencies or skills also added in the Growth Portfolio for employee, you can add them through competency or skill picker of related form section. And you can also quickly open the growth portfolio page within performance form through Growth Portfolio Quick Access in form to check the latest list of competencies or skills in Growth Portfolio. What if we add, remove an attribute inside the form (will it be added/removed from GP) ?
[Luka] When the form is completed, the skills and competencies, together with their ratings, are updated in the form subject's Growth Portfolio. This is also a point you can find in user guide here
Before form is completed, any add / remove operations in in-progress form will not change the data in Growth Portfolio.
And when form is completed, there will not be any attributes in Growth Portfolio will be removed either by form completion. It will only update the Growth Portfolio when there's a new competency or skill item in form or there's a new proficiency rating needs to update in Growth Portfolio when form is completed.
If employee rate a proficiency level inside a form, will it be reflected inside GP ?
[Luka] Yes, form rating will be reflected in GP after form is completed if form template is configured with a rating history type "Proficiency" in Talent Intelligence Hub. Here's related user guide
