how to indicate physical RE-inspection of I-9 Section 2

Are there any instructions by SAP on how to go back and notate I-9 Section 2 to indicate physical inspection has occurred?

If physical inspection is deferred, the candidate goes into the Onboarding work queue "COVID-19 Physical Inspection Process." When the physical inspection takes place and that step is completed in Onboarding, Section 2 of the I-9 is updated under Additional Information with "COVID-19 documents physically examined" with the date of the physical inspection.
