Place for Manager to Enter Interview Feedback

Is there a way for a manager to enter interview feedback in the candidate profile after an interview has taken place? Ideally, we would like it to be a standard set of questions and the manager to rate the candidate. Then we could pull metrics off the responses.

Haven't any idea to be pulled into a report. Please check your ABAP Consultant to fetch the information. If above solution works for you then accept the answer.

I think it's only the overall rating in Interview Central that can be added to reports (not the notes), as well as the number of remaining people on the hiring team that need to enter their ratings and interview notes.
