SuccessFactors LMS - Programs - having to record manual completion of HTML link

I have a video embedded within HTML as an activity in a program - I want to be able to show completion once a learner has clicked on the video. Item is set as required

From what I have seen on help.sap.com this should be a thing also?

Is there a trigger or similar to set that they have clicked to view the content?

When using programs, the HTML, LINK and TEXT options are all manual completions for the the end user.

There will be a button to the right of the content name that says "Mark Complete". They need to manually click that once they are finished.

They also have the option to click the "Completed" button to "Un"complete it and reset the status to "Mark Complete".

There is no option for admins to mark these type of objects complete for the user. They need to do it on the user side.
