Hi, We have noticed that in Firefox our Career Site disregards the defined font and overall looks not as it should (it works well in Edge and Chrome). I could not find a lot of information about this except one KBA article (3014008 - Career Site Builder - display behavior on Mozilla Firefox - Recruiting Marketing (sap.com)) that says "Firefox renders the CSB sites differently than other browsers".  Is this something we just have to accept and get over or has anyone found ways to improve this? ... Hello, with 1H 2023 release we are struggling with implemented changes in onboarding data collection drafts.  Our USE CASE candidate is having troubles with completing all the required fields in data collection, saving inputs as draft and calling to our help desk guidance is not successfull from our end so we go to Onboarding Dashboard > Onboardee > Actions > New Hire Data Here we see all the inputs from onboardee from his/her draft and we update the problematic field for him/her onboardee now can continue with onboading process - personal data collection with the new release feature this kind of support is no longer possible. When we go Onboarding Dashboard > Onboardee > Actions > New Hire Data we can't see onboardee's draft and the whole form is blank. Is anyone else having the same struggle as us? Is there any way to keep the draft edits available but hide it behind RBP permissions (so only ONB config admin can access draft and change it)?   Thanks, Radim ... View more

Hello, I was just curious to know if this update for automatic anti-virus scanning in the LMS only scans when new uploads are made or if it scans all existing files as well? After testing LRN-138273-Enhanced Course Home, we noticed that the 'Register Others' action on the Class Details page was not working. Hello Community, Recently we had a requirement to default the Hiring Manager Global Emp ID in Recruiting Email Template. For that, Step 1: I have created a custom field for Hiring Manager Global Emp ID in job requisition template, Step 2: enabled in configured custom token. Step 3:  I have created a new requisition and given Hiring Manager Global Emp ID number in that custom field. Step 4: And i have included that custom token in the email template, but when testing i don't see the Hiring Manager Global Emp ID value. ​Dear Experts, We need to create a "Manager Flag" on the position. If the position has direct reports, it should be "Manager: Yes" otherwise "Manager: No". The requirement is to configure this field with an automatism so HR admin doesn´t need to select the value manually. How am I supposed to configure the business rule logic so it can be automatized? Hello Community, If a manager is terminated, his direct reports can be transferred to the 2nd line manager. Unfortunately this doesn´t work for the future dated hires. Hi Team As part of 1H 2023 release, a new feature is being introduction under Calibration. The feature states that we can add additional filters to the Calibration sessions. As part of that, Key Position is one of the filter field. We want to understand whether this key position take values from PositionCriticality field of Position Object and work as filter if we use Succession with Position Management or will this key position considers only Employee Profile data.    Please clarify. Specifically, we have encountered an issue when two or more approvers have the same first and last name. In such cases, the requester is unable to select the appropriate approver from the list as they are displayed identically. To address this issue, we would like the approvers to be displayed in the same way as "Assign Alternate Manager" in Learning Administration (Path: People -> User -> Actions -> Assign Alternate Manager), where the name of the approver is displayed along with their job and division title. This would enable the requester to select the proper manager from the list of approvers, even when there are multiple individuals with the same name. See the link below: Request ID: 301404 - DG Filters HRIS Element fields to have more than one ExtendByNDays to allow different periods We raised it due to allow DG Filter-HRIS fields to be configured with different values of "Extend By N Days" and the system to respect the option added under the permission Group even though there's different configurations and to not behave randomly.  Currently is not possible to have more than one field of the same field presented with different extension days under Permission Group "people pool" as an option. With the integration of SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft 365, users can now receive reminders of their learning assignment right inside Microsoft Teams. We currently have SF Learning, as well as Microsoft Teams at our company. In order to have this implemented are you saying I need to have our IT team (they and not us would be the ones who have Microsoft 365 Global Admin permissions), as well as our BizX admin (as I am a Learning admin, but not a BizX admin) to have the Administrator Permissions > Manage System Properties > Work Tech Configuration permission work together to accomplish this SF Learning/Microsoft Teams Extended Integration? ... Dear all, We would need to map the Base Salary information from the Job Offer Approval template to Onboarding but we are facing an issue.  We've already completed the offer approval (see attachment) and mapped the pay component fields in Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping (see attachment), but we are not able to see the results when completing the new hire data review (see attachment). It would mean , that we are able to add more field information or less.  This request is also related due to the fact that this tool is not following the target population. It mentions that you can review the status of the integration by navigating to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > Bizx, and the standard integration statuses are: Sealed, System Confirmed, and Admin Confirmed. I don't think our company currently uses the SF-182 form in the LMS.  Is there a way in the LMS to verify this. It mentions: Ensure attachments in External Learning Configuration is set to true.  Where can I find that to verify? I selected Single request in the1st option (under Display), and selected Multiple request in the 2nd option (under Verification), to match what was provided in the example, but I honestly don't understand what these options mean, and what they do for us.  If it turns out that our company doesn't use the SF-182 form in the LMS, can I just ignore this? ... Is there a way in the LMS we as a company can see if we host our own content?  We do upload SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004.  Where in the LMS do we see what version of OpenJDK (Open Java Development Kit) we are using for the LMS, as it encourages us to be on OpenJDK (Open Java Development Kit) version 11.0.18 but I have no idea what version if any, of the OpenJDK we are currently on. We plan to enable the new Course Home experience (enableCourseHomeBlended=true). If we run into issues in our preview region with doing all this, and change our minds for this release and revert back to enableCourseHomeBlended=false, do we just need to do that, or do we have to do something to remove the 'Updated Learning Cross-Domain Proxlet'? Is there a tool available that can mass update the notification templates in the LMS that have had their connection broken between them and the master? For example we have the SystemEnrollmentNotification that has recently been updated with a new URL in it. But we have 1000 items that have had a Joining Instructions attachment added to the notification on the item level thus breaking the connection to the master template. That means 1000 email notifications that need to be updated in the UK and US locale by hand unless there's a way for us to override the broken connection? If not - why is this not possible - in the old editor you could create custom labels that could help you limit things that might need changing like adding a URL to a label then updating the label. Custom Syntax tags dont exist so this is a real issue. I have raised an influence for it but hoping maybe in my search for answers i have missed something key. ... View more
