DEV164 Workflows HandsOn - Authentication error

I am doing the exercises for DEV164 (Workflows). I have successfully finished the step "Build MTA Project". I can see the WFTutorial_0.0.1.mtar file. But, when I try to perform the next step "Deploy MTA Archive", I am getting the below error:

Authentication failed: API endpoint: https://api.cf.us10.hana.ondemand.com Authenticating... Password: API endpoint: https://api.cf.us10.hana.ondemand.com API version: 3.108.0 Not logged in. Use 'cf login' or 'cf login --sso' to log in. FAILED

I am unable to proceed with my exercises. Please help me get over this error.

Hi @F_M 
In order to receive a digital badge you need to complete all units and pass all the quizzes. 
So it  looks like you did not completed all  units which is one of the mandatory rule in the  Digital Learning Journey .
Our expert suggested to login in once again and go through the Digital Learning Journey step-by-step by clicking on continue end of every unit,
The progress should show 6 of 6 units completed.
Then you should be able to claim your badge.
If still the problem persists  please let me know

Thanks Margit. I have completed all the units, gone through the journey step by step clicking on continue at the end of every unit but the technical problem is unit 3 quiz is not seen as completed. Please, I have sent you the completed (passes) Task 3 quiz to you to you as direct message.

Did that happen before and did you  added this to the ticket?
I will inform the expert as well. Also thank you for visualizing the issue via the screenshot.
