Agent registered and active but automations cannot be executed due to 'No Response' error.

Hello everyone,
my Desktop Agent is successfully connected to my SAP Build Trial version. I also installed the Chrome plugin, reset caches and restarted the browser. When I want to create RPA applications or test automations, I get an error ('NO_RESPONSE').
