BTP Build Apps: App Variables not working

Yesterday while working on my project in build apps I suddenly couldn't get my app variables to load for me. This is the only type of variable to give me an issue, all the other ones load for me. When I am on the app variables tab and switch to another variable tab like page variables they don't load in and I have to refresh the page. But once I am on any other tab and refresh then it will load, so its only app variables that aren't working right now. Also when I try to add an app variable nothing happens, but I can add other types of variables. I will include a screenshot of the browsers console output error.

Hi. This error is a result of creating two variables with the same name when there are unsaved changes, which should not be possible but currently there is a bug affecting this. The team is working on a fix.
