Now, our certification ”SAP S/4HANA solution operations” has been adjusted to be enabled for RISE with SAP.
What was the motivation for adjusting the existing SAP S/4HANA solution operations certification to be enabled for RISE with SAP?
Many SAP Outsourcing Partners have added RISE with SAP into their service portfolio to be able to offer the optimal solution to their customers. In many cases RISE with SAP is a valuable extension of the offering, be it for existing or be it for net new customers. With the enablement we want to make sure our partners will be supported with a basic understanding of the relevant areas operating RISE with SAP customer. We want to increase the partner awareness for RISE with SAP as well as give customers an assurance that partners certified in S/4HANA solutions operations have a basic understanding of RISE with SAP operations.
What does that mean for existing SAP Outsourcing Partners certified for SAP S/4HANA solution operations?
Existing partners will benefit from the enablement by the additional value of the certification service at no additional cost and will be going through the additional content during their next re-certification audit.
What is the benefit for new partners to get certified?
Since most of the services provided by partners in RISE with SAP are in the area of functional application management, partners would be able to underline their capabilities not only for SAP S/4HANA, but also for RISE with SAP. In addition, partners serving e.g. small and/or medium size customers could further manifest their service quality.
How is it ensured that the certification content will be aligned when the RISE with SAP offering is expanded?
The SAP Outsourcing Partner Certification team is in close alignment with the relevant areas within SAP, and will constantly align and adjust – in case needed – the content of the certification service.
