Reverse the journal posting for previous month but already did the F.19

Hi, 
I want to cancel and reverse the manual journal from 2 months ago (July). But already did the F.19 this month (Sep). 
Does anyone know what t-code should I use? And should I cancel the F.19 and then reverse the July journal (what t-code should I use?) After that do the F.19 again? 

*PS : I've tried to use FBRA but can't because it's not a clearing document (it's a manual journal that I did in July)
