Is it possible send the attachment through ERP initiated service entry sheet to Ariba Network

Hi,
We are creating the service entry sheet in SAP S4HANA and sending the approved SES to supplier via ariba network. However the requirement is that the attachment associated to this SES in SAP S4HANA needs to go to supplier in the Ariba network. currently is not happening.
Is it possible to configure to send the attachment in the ERP initiated service entry sheet.

Attachments might not be sent if you don't have the transaction rule Your procurement application can download service sheet attachments (MIME multipart messages) enabled. Steps for configuring here!
