Installation of Crystal Reports Viewer 2016

I found the installation guide for Crystal Reports Viewer 2016. In there it state to run the setup.exe from win32_x86 directory of your product distribution. What does this mean. I do not have a directory of my product distribution. I downloaded the zip file and when is extracted, there was only an exe file to run. So I cannot even create a response.ini file.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I adjusted the tag to crystal report since this is not relevant to SRM product.

Hi Lori,

You have to run the setup.exe file first to install the Viewer, then follow the instructions.
