Hi @mfeuerbachWe have seen a similar issue in our tenant and only creating an incident to SAP support helped to resolve this. I dont recollect the root cause of the issue though.
I found this chrome extension useful to keep login sessions active if that helps.

its_gviana sorry for the late reply, you can create this ticket through normal SAP incident creation process. SAP would ensure the ticket gets assigned to the Advantco product support team
