Thank You. This blog shows alle the service plans of SAP Build Process Automation. I still don't know how to assign the approvals to other users, to standard users to get the approvals in their inbox.

I don't know if this will be the fix for everyone but i disabled the available for user logon function for custom IAS tenant. Since then, the deployment of my SAP Build Process Automation projects is running again.
