We’re excited to share some important updates to the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center in our latest release. We're introducing new features that boost privacy for HR service representatives or agents, which is fantastic news!

Now, you can anonymize an HR agent's name during an Ask HR session. This is a big deal because it keeps the information exchanged between employees and agents confidential. Plus, it prevents employees from directly reaching out to HR agents on an ongoing basis, helping maintain professionalism and privacy.
