As the Q3 release has finally arrived, it’s time to highlight some of the new and interesting components of this next release. With every quarter, SAP SuccessFactors continues to innovate our solutions to better suit our customers’ needs, and this quarter is no exception. So let’s dive into some highlights from the Q3 release.

In SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management, we are excited to offer a new central admin alerts page to expedite the processing of time management updates. Time administrators can monitor alerts and immediately take action, such as correcting a time sheet or an absence record. The alerts can be configured with specific actions required to correct the issue.

We are also excited to share that we’ve expanded our options for advanced workforce management to include two new product offerings as part of the solution extension SAP Time Management application by Kronos. These are:

  • SAP Time Management by Kronos, option for analytics, which provides a KPI builder to help executives, managers, HR leaders, and business analysts gain insight into their organization’s performance against business goals and objectives. It also alerts the trigger action for such issues as overtime, hours worked, and labor costs.

  • SAP Time Management by Kronos, option for optimized scheduling, which uses machine learning to predict business volumes, incorporating factors such as weather, sporting events, or other cultural events. This is crucial for ensuring workforce coverage in retail and hospitality sectors, for example.

In SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, we’ve completely redesigned the agency portal to make it easier for external recruiting firms to place the right candidates in the right jobs and check on the status of their submitted candidates.
