By default, the nomination is kept on Succession Org Chart/Talent Pool for inactive users; however, it is possible to hide these nominations by enabling the following setting on Provisioning:
"Succession Management: Hide inactive users from the list of successors in the org chart and omit them from new form creation (auto-population of previous successors)."
