Why I am NOT seeing menu bar in Enable Now Manager when specific workarea is selected?

Hello Community!

Can anyone clarify the below concern.

I cannot see menu bar related to Producer/Instant Producer to open/see recordings in Project Editor.

Note: I've also noticed that the Workareas having CONNECTED tag has this missing menu feature.

Example: I can see in the 1st screenshot as seen below whereas cannot see in the 2nd/3rd screenshots.

Thank you for your advice dirkmanuel2 and I'll certainly refer to Manager manual.But currently, I need immediate help on how to enable the menu bar for the connected workarea, download the producer, and use Project Editor to edit the recordings.

I hope you are doing well?

I have seen your question and your ask for quick help. What Dirk is trying to say is that you cannot direct edit content in a connected workarea. Your changes would affect all of our customers which are connected to it. You need an additional Workarea in an extended configuration. To do so just click in the Workarea/Tags menu on the edit button of your second created Workarea and select in "Base Workarea" your Connected Workarea. In this second Workarea you will see the content from the connected Workarea and it will let you fetch the content. This makes the content to your content. In this second Workarea you will also have the option to open the Producer. Thanks, Michael. And this is why I just referred Maqsood to the Manager Manual - it's a more complicated scenario than just being able to say "oh, select this checkbox", and really requires an understanding of how Workareas work, and the purpose of Connected/Extended Workareas before making those decisions.
