we are planning to establish a central ATC check system but we found the Unit Tests check to be not remote enabled (RFC).
Is there a technical reason for this or hasn't it been implemented yet? Does someone have any experiences with...

You could use ATC search Operations. There you can enter the table Name and select the type of Operations you want to search for. In any solutions provided you can not find dynamic Operations. A more generic way to find Operations after they happened...

I currently don't have an S-User at hand. So I can't verify that this is exactly what you need before posting.The SAP note 2369308 should contain every package dependency that is needed when installing ADT (especially offline).
