Hi melvintom555 ,I have used the predecessor to this in the PI/PO system. FormatConversionBean arrives in CPI!It worked well for converting XML to/from Excel. Together with the standard CSV converter you should have everything you need.
I don't know whether there is any standard integration content for this scenario in the SAP Business Accelerator Hub, but if not, then you could use the Profit Center – Send API and build an interface to SuccessFactors using SAP Cloud Integration.
