Thank you for the overview it is super useful.

You have mentioned that changes made via Manage Mass Changes should sync from Employee Profile to Position (for example the last thing I have tested was location change) but during all of our testing this was never the case for our set up. Do you have any ideas what might be the issue? Otherwise, the Sync from Profile to Position does work when changes are made either via Edit icon in portlet or Actions > Change Job and Compensation Info.

Would much appreciate any suggestions.
