Legacy PO/SES to Ariba Network

Hi Team,

Our Client has auto PO/SES custom program which will create transporter PO & SES automatically in ECC against batch of material on daily basis.

We have done one enhancement in that custom program that first PO created against batch will be amended every time as next line item until same batch exhausted or there is a month change.

Example:When custom program executed for batch B1 , Three PO's created one for Handling charges,1 for Warehousing, 1 for Transportation & automatic SES also created against those PO's.
Next day same program executed against same batch B1, Then PO's created firstly against Batch B1 got amended with next line item & automatic SES created against those line item

Our UAT is completed and we need to start the cutover but for cutover we have a challenge that there are open orders/ Legacy PO which are partially utilized in ECC.

Kindly help us with a process to be followed in such cases during cutover.

You have posted your question into the SuccessFactors QA, and not Ariba.  You may want to repost into the correct community.  I will also see if the posting can be moved.

We are unable to move a question to answers.sap.com. If you mean a different Ariba group, it's not clear to me which group is best for this question. Also, some of the Ariba groups are private, so moving the question might not help the OP if he doesn't have access.
